This was THE MOST beautiful place we’ve stayed in a long time! The property was so perfect and tastefully decorated! Everything you could think of that you’d need or want, was provided. It was so quiet and peaceful … and the addition of the Duraflame “fireplace” was SO nice !! I loved sitting in the living room at night watching TV with that fireplace on … SO comfy and cozy!!! The large grassy field for the dogs to run and play was also something we made a lot of use of! We will definitely be staying here again and again … Kim and Logan were so kind and helpful. I wish ALL owners were this attentive to their guests. BOOK THIS PLACE! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !!! Thank you Kim and Logan – You’re Tops!!! A++

Beautiful rental in a great location!

This rental was awesome! All of the amenities and accommodations were top notch! It is a quiet area and easy to get to (No steep mountain roads!). The location is central to everything. Dollywood is just down the road, and all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the artisan shops are a short drive.

WOW is an accurate description!

This home was a great find! The house was very clean, smelled amazing, and had music playing upon arrival – it was a great first impression! There was plenty of towels, linens, dishes, everything we needed. The yard was great for our dogs, and the kids really enjoyed sitting outside on the hammock swings or the rocking chairs. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay very close to Dollywood!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 8 while we visited the area and Dollywood. Very clean and the video games were a big hit for our family. We also enjoyd the ability to play in the yard as as well. We were only 5-10 min from Dollywood and it was nice to come back to the house for nap and then go back for more evening fun.

Truly amazing property! Could not be happier! The beds were comfy and clean. Very close to pigeon forge. We will be back! We brought our fur baby here and he was in love with the nature and the quietness.

Like Home

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sunnydale!! We went to celebrate our daughter’s adoption anniversary and spent the weekend at Dollywood!! Location was perfect! So convenient and easy to get places quickly without having to go out on the main strip. From the amazing beds and fitted sheets to the towels, hand soap and sweet treats left by them, it was home away from home!! Even better, it was so nice not to have to do work before we left. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location, perfect everything!

We were extremely happy with our rental — clean, new decor, comfortable bedding and all the comforts of home including dishsoap, shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, laundry detergent, swiffer pads. This is a huge plus when traveling — our stay was 2 week long. I had a couple of questions and the hosts answered me back immediately. The location is perfect for all of the attractions or for day trips to Knoxville, Hot Springs, Cherokee, Gatlinburg ,etc but it’s also located just far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. We loved sleeping with our windows open, fresh mountain air and listening to the peepers! We loved the area and hope to be back soon and would definitely stay here again. A+++

Great place close to the heart of Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful as soon as we stepped through the door, and had complimentary jelly and apple butter. Our pups enjoyed the big front yard as well. I would 100% recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful place

To all those who are looking for a wonderful place to spend their vacations, I recommend this charming house, very close to everything and at the same time in a quiet place surrounded by a lot of vegetation. I stayed here with my wife and daughter and we were all fascinated with the pleasantness of the house, from the moment you enter you are greeted with a great aroma, the neatness and cleanliness of the house, the tasteful decoration, it is like staying in your own home, and dare I say it, much better than hotels of excellent category. Here you have everything, if you want to make a chef’s recipe, you can do it here because the house is equipped with everything you can imagine. The two rooms have excellent beds, very comfortable, hot water for a relaxing bath after a long walk through Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, and at night you can make a fire and prepare a barbecue in the tranquility of the place. I searched for several days before finding this gem, some places looked nice but very expensive, others very nice but with very bad ratings. As you can see the evaluations of this place all people agree that it is excellent, so do not waste more time looking and choose this impeccable place that you will never regret. To the hosts thank you very much for giving me a space in your house for my vacation with my wife and daughter who visited us from Spain, we had a great time. Your house is beautiful and very well decorated. We hope to repeat the experience very soon.

This place is in a quiet location. Luxury inside with all the comforts and flat screen TVs with lots of channels and movies to choose from. The inside was clean and smelled great and the decor is perfect. Plus you are close to all of Pigeon Forge and places to dine. Thanks Again

Amazing, convenient, private, clean getaway

It was gorgeous! Spacious with everything we needed and more! Great location far enough to feel like a getaway but minutes from shopping. Cute little traveller’s journal and delicious jam/apple butter! They welcomed our fur baby and were extremely responsive! 10 out of 10. We won’t be staying anywhere else.

The inside looks just like the pictures. We spent one day at Dollywood and most of the other time at the house. I got hooked on playing Pac Man. It’s one of the cleanest places that we have ever stayed at and has the most comfortable mattress. Wished that we lived closer so that we could go there more often.

Nice place with very comfortable beds! The kids loved the arcade games. Property was easy to get to, close to things yet far enough for peace, and no crazy mountain hills to maneuver. We grabbed some groceries and cooked occasionally since the oven and fridge are full sized. Owners had the place looking nice and some jam for us to keep. That was very thoughtful of them! The decor was adorable and we felt right at home. We’d stay again!

The BEST Get-A-Way

We traveled nearly 7 hours, we were tired and worn out traveling with 2 teenagers 😉 Once we arrived, we pulled right to the front door, and quickly unloaded. The great thing about it was there was no huge parking lot or elevators to fool with. It was like coming home. We opened the door and were greeted with soft ambient music and light. It was amazingly clean (like walk around in white socks clean and not get dirty!). The layout was nice and easy, we had a 2 bedroom/ one bath unit…Being 5 minutes from Walmart, we picked up paper products. We also picked up biscuits because Kim was kind enough to leave us Apple Butter & Jam. It was a treat, and we thoroughly enjoyed it with bacon! I really appreciated the pretty decor, the Master Bedroom was so relaxing, and OH, My Goodness, THE BED was amazing! We loved this bed so much that we took photos of it with the tags, so that we could get one at home! Bedding, pillows, and towels were Top Notch! Hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, ALL provided! We stayed 5 nights and wanted to stay more. We have already recommended it to our friends and family. We can’t wait to come back… Until then, the Mountains are calling, and I must answer! The BEST Get-A-Way

Spring is in the air…

We absolutely loved the house! Beautifully decorated & lots of extras we weren’t expecting. My children are all young adults but they went straight for the video games. I loved the frog pond! We would absolutely recommend it & hope to stay there again, when our schedules allow it.

We appreciated the extras that we provided. Hand soap at all the sinks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Dish liquid and laundry detergent. Extra toilet paper and extra trash bags. Most places we have rented never provide these things. I highly recommend this rental. The decor was woodsy/mountain. Very comfortable beds.
